The Oakwood Centre (Home of Tees Valley Community Church) is one of the premier events, conferencing and arts venues in the North East of England. Offering impressive facilities throughout, it is an ideal venue for a variety of events including large and small conferences, business presentations, board meetings, seminars, private functions and concerts.

The Oakwood Centre has excellent transport links offering ease of access by road (one mile from the A66), rail (one mile from Allen's West station and eight miles from Darlington and Middlesbrough mainline stations) and air (only three miles from Durham Tees Valley International Airport).

Our Conference and Events Team are renowned for their friendly and competent service, ensuring your every expectation is met (as seen by the very high percentage of repeat bookings).

The variety of suites available makes the centre suitable for small groups to 1,000-delegate conferences with adequate space for flexible catering arrangements. Computer driven audiovisual presentation equipment is available in the Auditorium, Function Suite, Brook Suite and Acorn Suite. 

Free car parking is available for up to 250 cars.
